Returns Policy

Products which are unsuitable can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Only products unused/unworn with tags intact are eligible for a refund.

To return a product, email us at hello@missspice.co.uk and we will email authorisation. Then pack the product(s) in their original packaging and post them to Miss Spice, 4 Brindley Road, Worcester, WR4 9FB.

All purchases are covered by a 1-year guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we'll replace it for up to a year after purchase.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail First Class Delivery. All UK orders are sent in discreet packaging.

Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered next working day where possible.
